BROCKPORT, NY – After host Brockport scored first, the Buffalo State men's hockey team scored four straight goals, and hung on for a 4-3 victory on the road in SUNYAC action on Saturday evening.

INSIDE THE BENGAL BOX SCORE
- Nikita Kozyrev (Tallinn, Estonia/Springfield Jr. Blues) scored a goal and assisted on the other three goals to lead Buffalo State.
- Joe Glamos (Baldwinsville, NY/New Jersey Titans) netted a goal and added an assist.
- Drayton Todoroff (Jackson, MI/Amarillo Wranglers) scored his first collegiate goal, while Jared Figueroa (Scotch Plains, NJ/Florida Eels) added his first goal of the season.
- Emil Norrman (Kungsbacka, Sweden/Dells Ducks) turned aside 40 of 43 shots in the game to earn his sixth victory of the year,
HOW IT HAPPENED
- Brockport struck first with under two minutes left in the opening period on the power play to take a 1-0 lead into the intermission.
- The Bengals netted a pair of power-play goals from Glamos and Kozyrev, one early in the period and one late in the frame, to hold a 2-1 edge into the third.
- Todoroff scored an unassisted goal at the 1:20 mark of the third period to extend the lead to 3-1.
- Figueroa netted the final Buffalo State goal by tucking in a rebound off of an initial shot by Ethan Eliopulos (Richmond Hill, ON/Toronto Patriots). The assist gave Eliopulos his first collegiate point.
- Brockport scored a goal just past the halfway point of the period, and pulled to within one with 2:53 to go in regulation on another goal.
- After the Golden Eagles pulled their goalie, the Bengals hung on against a barrage of shots in the final minute for the win.
FOR THE FOES
- Connor Galloway had a goal and an assist to lead Brockport.
- Nolan Egbert made multiple clutch saves to keep the Golden Eagles in the game, including a few saves on breakaway attempts for Buffalo State.
