HOW IT HAPPENED
- Ramseier scored the opening goal of the game in the first period with just seven seconds remaining in the frame to give Buffalo State the 1-0 advantage into the first intermission.
- Neumann responded with a goal early in the second period to tie the score.
- The Knights took advantage of a Buffalo State penalty, scoring a power-play goal to take the lead.
- Neumann then added a shorthanded goal late in the period to take a 3-1 advantage.
- Buffalo State was able to pull within one on Willick's fifth goal of the season, but the Bengals were unable to find the equalizer.

- Kaylee Voss netted the game-winning goal for Neumann.
