BUFFALO, NY – The Buffalo State men's hockey team looks to build on its three-game winning streak when the Bengals hit the road for a non-conference matchup with King's College tonight at 8:15 pm.

EYES ON THE BENGALS

• Buffalo State enters tonight with a 9-6-0 overall record after completing a sweep of Alvernia University last weekend, winning 5-2 on Friday and 5-1 on Saturday in the Outdoor Classic at Buffalo RiverWorks.
• Emil Norrman (Kungsbacka, Sweden/Dells Ducks) and Joe Glamos (Baldwinsville, NY/New Jersey Titans) earned recognition from the SUNYAC for their performances last weekend, as Norrman was named the SUNYAC Goalie of the Week, and Glamos earned SUNYAC Athlete of the Week.
• Tyler Vanuden (Fort Frances, ON/Finlandia University) sits at second in the conference with 10 goals on the season, and his three game-winning goals ranked him fourth in the country.
• Buffalo State continues to lead the SUNYAC on the power play, converting at a 28.0% rate. The Bengals have also netted a power-play goal in two consecutive games.

 
THE MONARCH MINUTE

• The Monarchs enter today with a 2-8-1 overall record, and looking to snap a two-game losing streak after being swept by Stevenson University last weekend.
• King's is led in scoring by Kent Lee and Tyler Blanchard with eight points apiece. Lee had a team-high five goals, while Blanchard has three goals and five assists.
• The Monarchs have struggled to defend home ice this season, holding a 0-5-1 record at Revolution Ice Centre.
