BUFFALO, NY – The Buffalo State men's basketball team dropped their SUNYAC matchup with the Fredonia Blue Devils today with a 69-59 final at the Sports Arena.

INSIDE THE BENGAL BOX SCORE
- Nigel Burch (Sicklerville, NJ/Timber Creek) registered another double-double performance leading the Bengals offense with 19 points and 13 rebounds.
- Matt Parkinson (Springfield Gardens, NY/John Browne) tallied 15 points of his own.
- Bryce Williams (Jamica, NY/Campus Magnet) and Maley McCurty (Syracuse, NY/Nottingham) also tallied double-digit performances scoring 13 and 11, respectively.
- Remi Skvorc (San Roque, Spain/Sotogrande International) led the team with three assists.
HOW IT HAPPENED
- Both sides were slow to start on offense, however, Fredonia was able to open things up with an 11-5 start.
- The Blue Devils dominated much of the first half leading 36-20 after the first 20 minutes of play.
- After a dunk from Burch, the Bengals offense attempted to claw back into the action.
- Fredonia never let their lead shrink below nine and were able to cruise to the end.
FOR THE FOES
- Keenan Roberts Jr. led the Blue Devils with 22 points.
- Roberts Jr. also led the team with nine rebounds.
