HOW IT HAPPENED
- Oswego got on the board twice in the first period as the first goal came off a rebound attempt while the second goal came less than :15 seconds later after the puck came right to the Lakers off the boards behind the net.
- The Lakers added another goal within the first minute of the second period.
- Buffalo State's best chance came at the start of the third period when they had a 5-3 advantage after a pair of Laker penalties, but the team was unable to find the back of the net.
- After pulling Norrman late in the third, Allison found the back of the net after snipping a shot from up top.
- Oswego sealed the win after an empty net goal later in the period.
