BUFFALO, NY – The Buffalo State women's lacrosse team returns to action this weekend, travelling down to Oneonta to battle the Red Dragons in a SUNYAC matchup. Game time is slotted for 1:00 pm on Saturday.

Breaking Down The Bengals

• The Bengals enter the weekend 3-4 (0-2 SUNYAC) on the year and will look to rebound after a loss to SUNYAC-rival Geneseo on Wednesday afternoon.
• Vanessa Willick (Williamsville, NY/Williamsville East) and Anna Cinquino (Conesus, NY/Livonia) each scored for the Bengals in the effort.
• Willick has now registered at least one point in every game this season and has scored at least one goal in all but one.
• Sage Running Rabbit (Siksika, AB/Strathmore) currently is tied for fourth in the SUNYAC with 12 assists this season.

Researching The Red Dragons

• Oneonta enters the weekend with a record of 2-4 (1-0 SUNYAC) and will travel to the University of Rochester on Friday before returning home to battle the Bengals on Saturday.
• The Red Dragons opened SUNYAC play with a 17-6 win over the Fredonia Blue Devils.
• Megan Foiles leads the team and is sixth in the conference with 23 goals this year and currently sits sixth as well with 33 draw controls.
• The duo of Courtney Gallagher and Julia Hawkins have combined for 83 saves this year.
• Gallagher is second in the conference with 76 saves and tied for fourth with a 48.1% save percentage.
