SYRACUSE, NY - The State University of New York Athletic Conference (SUNYAC) released its 2022-23 Commissioner's Academic Honor Roll, which recognizes student-athletes with a 3.30 or higher cumulative grade point average (GPA) as reported by the institution's compliance director. Buffalo State had 113 student-athletes who satisfied the criteria for selection this year, the most in a single year since the current criteria were implemented in the 2016-17 school year.  

Each program had at least one student-athlete earn the honor, with six programs having at least 10 student-athletes named. Women's soccer led all teams with 15 selections, while men's soccer led all men's teams with 13 selections.
