GROVE CITY, PA – The Buffalo State men's soccer team found themselves in a 1-1 draw with the Grove City Wolverines this afternoon at the College Field.

- Manu Prieto (Cascais, Portugal, Salesianos Do Estoril) scored the lone goal for Buffalo State.
- Prieto and Diego Rivera (Hudson, NY/Cairo Durham) led the Buffalo State with five shots each.
- Shae Wirt (Overland Park, KS/St. Thomas Aquinas) made four saves in the effort.
HOW IT HAPPENED
- The Wolverines got the scoring started as they took advantage of the opportunity following two Bengal penalties.
- With time winding down in the first half, Prieto would break away and find the back of the net for his third goal of the season.
- Aladin Ali (Rochester, NY/East Irondequoit) had a shot right on goal, however, Grove City was able to make the save.
- Prieto gave the Bengals one last opportunity as he shot into the bottom left with less than :20 seconds remaining but the Wolverines made a clutch save to preserve the tie.
- Grove City outshot Buffalo State with a narrow 15-14 advantage.
FOR THE FOES
- Aidan Eck scored the lone goal for Grove City.
- Chris Delucia got the assist while Teddy Almeter made four saves in net.
