HOW IT HAPPENED
- After a pair of fouls to open the action, Cortland got on the board first just four minutes into the action.
- Cortland's offense kept the pressure but were unable to capitalize after three Bengal yellow cards in the first half.
- Kowa gave the Bengals their best opportunity late in the first half, however, a clutch save from Cortland kept the Red Dragons up 1-0 after the first half.
- The Red Dragons offense came out aggressive in the second half and scored their second goal of the afternoon to take a 2-0 lead.
- The Bengals had another opportunity late in the second half after a header from Diego Rivera (Hudson, NY/Cairo Durham) went high over the crossbar.
- Cortland outshot the Bengals with a 21-8 margin.

- Yasin Choukri and Jack Pinnata each scored for Cortland.
- Jordan Ott made two saves to earn the shutout.
