BROCKPORT, NY – The Buffalo State indoor track and field teams had several strong performances as they returned to action this afternoon at the annual Brockport Winter Welcome back at the Special Events Recreation Center.
 
 
FOR THE BENGAL WOMEN

• Natalia Sawyer (Schenectady, NY/Schalmont) led the Bengal women with a win in the 400-meter dash and a second place finish in the 200-meter dash.
• Makhia Laster (Buffalo, NY/Tapestry Charter) picked up the win in the 60-meter dash with a time of 7.85 seconds.
• Jenna Raczka (Cheektowaga, NY/Maryvale) placed third in the 400-meter dash for Buffalo State.
• Laster raced to a fifth place finish in the 200-meter while Raczka placed tenth.
