POTSDAM, NY – The Buffalo State men's basketball team fell short in their return to the court tonight as they were defeated by the Potsdam Bears, 77-60, in a SUNYAC matchup at Maxcy Hall.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- After scoring the first four points of the night, the two sides went back and forth for much of the first half.
- With the game tied 20-20, Potsdam finished the half strong with a 16-8 run to carry the lead into halftime.
- Buffalo State was able to cut the lead to just four in the second half.
- The Bears then went on another run to a game high lead of 24 before hanging on in the final minutes to secure the win.
FOR THE FOES
- Kawar Singh led Potsdam with a double-double performance registering 10 points and 20 rebounds.
- Parker Kelly was the leading scorer with 22 points for the Bears.
