Women's Lacrosse Set For SUNYAC Opener At New Paltz

BUFFALO, NY – The Buffalo State Bengals women's lacrosse team has been on fire with three straight wins and two of them coming in dominant fashion. Today, the Bengals will look to make it four straight as they travel to New Paltz for their SUNYAC Opener with the Hawks at 11:00 am.

The Bengal Breakdown
  • Buffalo State sits in the standings with a record of 3-2 (0-0 SUNYAC) overall and are aiming for their fourth straight win.
  • The Bengals have had a surge of offense as Vanessa Willick (Williamsville, NY/Williamsville) dominated Saturday's game against Grove City with six goals and an assist in the win. She now has 22 goals and four assists on the year.
  • Sage Running Rabbit (Siksika, AB/Strathmore) continues to shine as well as she had two more goals on Saturday bringing her total to 12 on the year to go along with 14 assists.

Eyes On The Hawks
