BUFFALO, NY – Due to forecasted weather for this weekend, the Buffalo State softball team has announced a pair of changes to the schedule. Thursday's non-conference doubleheader at Alfred has been canceled, and Saturday's games against Fredonia for Senior Day have been moved to Friday afternoon at 3 pm and 5 pm.

- Buffalo State enters Thursday with a 15-16 overall record (8-8 SUNYAC) and looking to end a four-game losing skid.

- Leading the offense for Fredonia is Allie Wandell, the only qualified hitter on the team with a .300 batting average. As a team, Fredonia is hitting .233 on the year.
- The Blue Devils are 1-9 in road contests this season, with their only victory coming against Brockport last week.
PLAYOFF SCENARIOS
- Buffalo State can lock up the fifth seed in the SUNYAC Tournament with a victory (or tie in a rare circumstance) in either game on Friday, or could secure a playoff berth with a loss by Brockport in any of its six remaining conference games AND a loss by Potsdam in any of its four remaining conference games.
