ROCHESTER, NY – The Buffalo State men's and women's outdoor track and field teams had some impressive performances at the University of Rochester Alumni Invite today at Edwin Fauver Stadium.

 
FOR THE BENGAL WOMEN

• Leading the Bengal women was Makhia Laster (Buffalo, NY/Tapestry Charter) taking the win in the long jump with a leap of 5.64 meters.
• Laster later went on to finish third in the 200-meter dash while Jenna Raczka (Cheektowaga, NY/Maryvale) raced to a time of 26.81 seconds.
• Raczka also finished third in the 400-meter dash with a time of 58.87 seconds.

The Bengals will return to action next weekend as they will travel down to Pennsylvania to compete at the Bucknell University Invite.
