• Aney Djadou (Buffalo, NY/Amherst) led the Bengals with two shots on goal.
• Carson Smith (Big Flats, NY/Horseheads) made four saves in goal in the effort.

 
HOW IT HAPPENED

• Both sides were in a stalemate for the entire contest.
• Near the end of the first half, Fisal Samim (Baldwinsville, NY/Liverpool) had an opportunity that was stopped by Tommy Chyzowych.
• Djadou came out at the start of the half with an opportunity but Chyzowych made another save.
• The Bengals had a pair of opportunites late, but strong defense and goaltending from the Statesmen kept Buffalo State off the board.

 
FOR THE FOES

• Chyzowych finished with five saves while three Statesmen tallied two shots.
