- With two games remaining in the 2024-25 season, the Bengals looked to finish strong, battling a steady Plattsburgh State Cardinals team on the road. In the first quarter, things went rhe Bengals way as they started hot from beyond the arc, opening with a 9-0 run. The strong start helped the Bengals take the first quarter, 15-8.
- The second quarter saw the Cardinals take control, opening with a 16-0 run to seize the lead. As the quarter wound down, the Cardinals finished on another run, sending the Bengals into halftime facing an eight-point deficit.
- In the third quarter, the Bengals struggled to keep the Cardinals off the scoreboard, while having difficulty generating offense. The Cardinals controlled the entire period, extending its lead to 19 points heading into the fourth.
- In the final quarter, the Bengals showed resilience, cutting the deficit to 14 points, but it was too little, too late, as the Cardinals maintained their lead to secure the win.
