KENT, OH – The Buffalo State men's and women's indoor track & field teams returned to action this weekend competing at the Doug Raymond Invite hosted by Kent State.
 
THE BENGAL BREAKDOWN

• Natalia Sawyer (Schenectady, NY/Schalmont) earned a second place finish with a time of 56.43 in the 400-meter dash.
• Ricky Curiel (East Amherst, NY/Clarence) and Noah Holden (Clarence Center, NY/Clarence) each finished in the top-20 in the 3,000-meter run.
• The 4x400-meter team of Logan Abate (Green Brook, NJ/Watchung Hills), Pablo Ortiz (West Seneca, NY/West Seneca), Sidney Morris (Tonawanda, NY/Kenmore East), and D'Antonio Lawrence (New Windsor, NY/Cornwall) finished fifth with a time of 3:27.62.
• Ethan Mitrano (Penfield, NY/Penfield) posted a mark of 16.46 meters in the weight throw.

The Bengals return to action next weekend as they will head to Nazareth for both Friday, February 13^th and Saturday, February 14^th.
