CRESSON, PA – The #19 Buffalo State men's volleyball team earned their tenth straight win following a sweep of Mount Aloysius in an AMCC matchup at Athletic Convocation & Wellness Center

INSIDE THE BENGAL BOX SCORE
- Kaden Strong (Buffalo, NY/West Seneca East) led Buffalo State with ten kills and a .615 hitting percentage.
- Drew Bowman (Orchard Park, NY/Orchard Park) led the team with 34 assists while Xzavier Vanderstouw (Baldwinsville, NY/CW Baker) had 11 digs.
- As a team, the Bengals totaled a .333 hitting percentage in the win. In addition, the team has swept four straight contests and with one more win will match their program-record for most wins in a single season.
HOW IT HAPPENED
- The Bengals opened the afternoon with a quick 4-1 start. Later in the set, the Bengals embarked on 9-2 run before closing out the opening set with a kill from Bowman.
- In the second set, the Bengals scored the first five points unanswered. The Mounties couldn't overcome the deficit in the set despite a late 6-1 run.
- After a back-and-forth start to the third set, the Bengals rallied for a 7-1 run to take control of the action. After an attack error from the Mounties, the Bengals sealed the win.
FOR THE FOES
- Zach Rosenwald led the Mounties with seven kills while also having four digs.
- Connor O'Mealia dished out 12 assists in the effort.
