NEW YORK, NY – The Buffalo State indoor track & field teams competed at AARTFC Regionals this weekend hosted at The Armory in New York City.
 
THE BENGAL BREAKDOWN

• Nyla Wilson-Epps (Buffalo, NY/Tapestry) posted the best finish for the Bengals with an eighth place finish in the weight throw at 15.92 meters.
• Ethan Mitrano (Penfield, NY/Penfield) finished 13^th in the weight throw at 16.21 meters. Bryan Honan (Cortland, NY/Cortland) finished 23^rd at 15.25 meters. Mitrano later finished 22^nd in the shot put with a mark of 13.97 meters.
• Madison MacNeill (Buffalo, NY/West Seneca West) finished 18^th in the high jump while Sidney Morris (Tonawanda, NY/Kenmore East) was 30^th in the 800-meter and Pablo Ortiz (West Seneca, NY/West Seneca East) was 31^st in the 400-meter run.
• Terrell Price (Depew, NY/Depew) raced to a time of 7.06 in the 60-meter dash while Jalil Coppedge (Bronx, NY/Ralph R. McKee) finished .01 off his own program-record in the 60-meter hurdles with a time of 8.37 seconds.

The Bengals will await the remaining meets around the country to see if any will qualify for NCAA Indoor Championships in Alabama next weekend.
