HOW IT HAPPENED
- Returning to Coyer Field after a tough loss against the SUNY Brockport Golden Eagles, the Bengals hosted the Westminster College Titans in a nonconference matchup.
- In the first half, play would lean the Bengals' way, as they would go on the attack with great looks on net. While the ball wouldn't find the back of the net, the Bengals' attack would keep the Titans at bay, as Westminster would find some chances on the counter against the Bengals' defense. With time ticking away, neither side would be able to claim the first goal of the day, heading into halftime in a 0-0 draw.
- In the second half, the story would remain the same, as the Bengals' offense remained strong throughout the day. However, the Titans' defense would keep the Bengals off the scoreboard before netting their first, and lone, goal of the matchup in the 73rd minute. While the Bengals would fight for the equalizer throughout play, they would fall short against the Titans in the nonconference matchup.
- The Bengals outshot the Titans, 19-8, with the Bengals leading in shots on goal, 9-4.

- Madeline Barr scored the game-winning goal for the Titans.
- Emily Codere picked up the shutout win for the Titans, leading all players with nine saves.
