The senior music and vocal performance major scored individual points at the SUNYAC Championships five times in 2019 and 2020, including earning All-SUNYAC accolades on a pair of occasions.  Strickland won a SUNYAC title in the 200-meter dash at the 2019 indoor championships and then earned third team All-Conference honors in the 100-meter dash a the 2019 outdoor meet.  He finished fifth in the 60-meter dash at this years indoor conference meet.
