BUFFALO, NY—Oswego's Sarah Hannon (Lackawanna, NY) scored in the third minute of overtime to lift the Lakers (4-3-1/2-3-1) to a 1-0 victory over host Buffalo State (0-6-3/0-3-3) in an ECAC West game today at the Ice Arena.

Buffalo State held a slim 26-25 advantage in shots. Alyssa Koniar (New Berlin, WI/Univ. School of Milwaukee) made 24 saves.

Buffalo State will resume ECAC West play after the Thanksgiving holiday when it hosts first-year program Potsdam for a pair of games on Dec. 5 and 6.
