Box Score BUFFALO, NY—Chatham (1-1-1/1-0) scored a pair of second period goals, including a power-play marker to pull away and defeat Buffalo State (0-1/0-1), 3-0, in an ECAC West game tonight at the Ice Arena.

After a scoreless first period, the Cougars netted their first of the game at the 1:23 mark of the second, and extended their lead to 2-0 with a power-play goal at 17:50. Chatham would add another early in the final stanza to close out all scoring.

Chatham outshot Buffalo State, 40-23, and Jordan Lee (Colorado Springs, CO/Widefield) finished with 37 saves.

Buffalo State and Chatham will face off again tomorrow at 2 p.m.
