Box Score BUFFALO, NY— Oswego (9-4-1/5-1-1) scored a goal in each period en route to a 3-0 victory over host Buffalo State (0-14/0-7) in and ECAC West contest today at the Ice Arena.

The Lakers broke through with 1:25 remaining in the opening frame to take a 1-0 lead into the first intermission after outshooting the Bengals 15-5. Oswego continued to control play in the middle frame with a 12-4 edge in shots and pushed the lead to 2-0 with another late strike. The final period was more evenly played, but the result was the same with the Lakers adding another tally to complete the scoring.

Oswego finished with a 37-17 advantage in shots. Jordan Lee (Colorado Springs, CO/Widefield) made 34 saves between the pipes for the Bengals.

Buffalo State and Oswego will square off again tomorrow at 3 p.m.
