EYES ON THE BENGALS
- Buffalo State enters the weekend with a 3-6-0 overall record (0-6-0 NEWHL). The Bengals dominated Hilbert 12-1 in non-conference action in their previous game on Tuesday afternoon.
- Emma Ramseier (Oak Creek, WI/Milwaukee Jr. Admirals) and Erica Greene (Oswego, NY/Shoreline Sharks) each scored three goals against Hilbert, the first time that a Bengal had registered a hat trick since Natasha Steinle in 2019. It was also the first time since in 21 years that a pair of Bengal teammates had each scored three goals in the same game, matching the feat that Emma Wadsworth and Janelle Schmitt accomplished against St. Michael's on February 18, 2001
- Madi Digges (Madison, AL/St. Louis Blues AAA) tied the program's single-game record with four assists, becoming just the fourth Bengal to have four assists in a game, and first since Kim Costanzo in 2004.
- Miya Silva (El Monte, CA/Anaheim Lady Ducks) scored Buffalo State's first short-handed goal since Tori Fadely netted one against Cortland on November 13, 2021.
LEARN ABOUT THE LAKERS
- Oswego State comes into play with a 7-3-0 record (5-1-0 NEWHL). The Lakers are riding a seven-game winning streak, and ranked at #15 in the most recent USCHO poll.
