Buckets For Bengals

- In their previous game against Fredonia, the Bengals scored a season-high 82 points, but fell just short with a 93-82 final.

- Matt Parkinson (Springfield Gardens, NY/John Browne) looks to stay hot as he is coming off a season and career-high 26-point performance against Fredonia. The last time Parkinson and the Bengals competed against the Potsdam Bears, he put up a season high in free throws made with six. Parkinson looked very comfortable last game in field goal range, as 10 of his points came from that area of the court.

- The Bengals hold a record of 15-12 when on the road in Potsdam as they look to steal a victory on the road this time out.

Potsdam's Previous Performances

- Though Potsdam is on a six-game losing streak following a 74-70 loss to Geneseo, the Bears hold a five-game win streak over Buffalo State.

- In the last meeting of these two teams, Ahamadou Sillah of Potsdam tallied 20 points against the Bengals.

A Look At The Cardinals

- In their last matchup against Buffalo State, the Cardinals snuck out of the Sports Arena with a 71-69 victory over the Bengals.

- Their defense will be one to watch as they have just came off a season high in blocked shots against conference rival Brockport with eight.

History

- This will be the 55th contest between Potsdam and Buffalo State as the Bengals currently are the favorite of this matchup with an overall record of 34-21 when they face Potsdam.
- All-time, the series between the Cardinals and Bengals is knotted up 27-27.
