BROCKPORT, NY – The Buffalo State indoor track and field teams had several strong performances as they returned to action this afternoon at the annual Brockport Winter Welcome back at the Special Events Recreation Center.
 
 
FOR THE BENGAL MEN

• For the third time this season, Chris Kaszynski (Buffalo, NY/Kenmore West) broke his own school record in the pole vault with a leap of 4.81 meters.
• Tyler McGrath (Clarence Center, NY/Clarence) won the 60-meter dash with a time of 6.98 seconds.
• Dylan Devine (Brockport, NY/Brockport) placed fourth in the 400-meter dash with a time of 52.24.
• McGrath and Devine also had strong performances in the 200-meter dash finishing second and seventh, respectively.
• Kai Messmer (Buffalo, NY/St. Joe's) placed second in the triple jump with a leap of 13.08 meters.
• Devine teamed up with Max Ming (Brooklyn, NY/Orchard Academy), Sidney Morris (Tonawanda, NY/Kenmore East), and Seth Conner (Cheektowaga, NY/Cheektowaga) for a second place finish in the 4x400-meter relay.
