FREDONIA, NY – The Buffalo State men's and women's cross country teams returned to action this afternoon as they raced at the annual Fredonia Cross Country Invite.
 
THE BENGAL BREAKDOWN

• Josh Mayer (Endicott, NY/Union-Endicott) paced the Bengal men finishing 10th overall with a time of 27:09. Ricky Curiel (East Amherst, NY/Clarence) finished right behind in 12th place with a time of 27:16.
• The men finished 6^th overall scoring 126 points.
• Leading the way for the women was Jorja Smith (Tonawanda, NY/Kenmore East) with a time of 26:20 and 26th overall.
• As a team the women finished 6^th overall.

Buffalo State returns to action on October 18 as they will compete in the Canisius Invite at nearby Delaware Park.
