Women's Hockey Announces 2025-26 Schedule

BUFFALO, NY – The Buffalo State women's hockey team has announced their upcoming schedule for the 2025-26 season. Rachel Grampp is set to lead the Bengals for another season as they look to reach the postseason for the first time since the 2017-18 season.
 
Buffalo State will open the season with four straight home contests hosting King's (Oct. 31-Nov. 1) and Chatham (Nov. 7-Nov. 8). The Bengals will then open conference play at Potsdam (Nov. 14) and at Plattsburgh (Nov. 15). Grampp's squad will then host Canton (Nov. 21) and Oswego (Nov. 22) for their first home conference games of the season.

The Bengals will then have seven straight non-conference games featuring Hilbert (Dec. 5-6, Jan. 9), New England College (Dec. 12-13), St. John Fisher (Jan. 6), and Nazareth (Jan. 9).
Grampp and her team will finish the regular season with 10 SUNYAC matchups featuring Morrisville (Jan. 23 and Feb. 14), Cortland (Jan. 24 and Feb. 13), William Smith (Jan. 30-31), Plattsburgh (Feb. 6), Potsdam (Feb. 7), Oswego (Feb. 20), and Canton (Feb. 21).

The SUNYAC Tournament is set to run from February 28-March 7 with a semifinal and championship game format. Plattsburgh enters the season as the reigning-conference champions after defeating Oswego 2-0 in the championship. William Smith enters their first season as a member of the SUNYAC.
