MORRISVILLE, NY—Freshman Amanda Sauer (Orchard Park/Orchard Park) tallied her first collegiate hat trick and added an assist as Buffalo State (5-5/2-2) blitzed host Morrisville (0-10/0-4), 12-0, today in a SUNYAC game.

Audrey Ayers (Leicester/Perry) added two goals and two assists. Alyssa Ciliberto (Spencerport/Churchville-Chili) also scored twice, and Kristy Tartaglia (Liverpool/Liverpool) and Ashley Mazurkiewicz (Grand Island/Grand Island) each had a goal and an assist. Barb Kiliszek (Depew/Lancaster), Mindy Wendt (Sanborn/Starpoint), and Kristina Boberskyj (Rochester/Greece-Athena) all added goals.

Buffalo State dominated from the opening whistle, outshooting the Mustangs, 59-0.

The Bengals will next play at Elmira on Tuesday.
