Box Score BUFFALO, NY—The College at Brockport (6-1-1/1-0-1) netted the game's only goal in the 55th minute and handed Buffalo State (5-3-1/1-1) a 1-0 loss in a SUNYAC game today at Coyer Field.

The Golden Eagles' Katie Gildemeyer scored after a scramble in front of the Bengals goal, resulting from an initial shot that rebounded off the post.

Brockport outshot Buffalo State, 14-8, and held a 5-2 advantage in corner kicks.  Linda Banfield (Honeoye Falls/Honeoye Falls-Lima) had five save in the loss, while Laura Thompson needed to stop just two shots.  Jordan Dudish (Grand Island/Grand Island) and Megan Chapple (Utica/Whitesboro) accounted for seven of the team's shots.

The Bengals will play at Fredonia on Saturday at 1 p.m.
