RESULTSAURORA, N.Y.— Buffalo State Swimming & Diving took first place finishes in nearly every event on Saturday afternoon to race past host Wells College on both the men's and women's side.

NOTABLES- The Bengals won 22 of 28 events on the day.
- On the women's side, Buffalo State started off the meet with a win the 200 medley relay. Alison Kolczynski (Hamburg/Frontier), Sabrina Formoso (White Plains/Woodlands), Sarah Exposito (Massapequa Park/Massapequa) and Asiah Abdulla (Lakeview/Frontier) took first with a time of 2:08.85.
- Kolczynski also tallied first place finishes in the 200 backstroke (2:23.92), the 500 freestyle (2:48.62) and anchored the winning 200 freestyle relay (1:56.32) at the end of the day with teammates Bri Chehovich (Auburn/Auburn), Samantha Hermann (Springville/Letchworth) and Sara Gardner (Webster/Webster Thomas).
- Michelle DelFavero (Auburn/Home Schooled) recorded wins in the 200 freestyle (2:10.20) and 100 IM (1:06.84).
- Other top finishes included Exposito in the 100 butterfly (1:08.16), Chehovich in the 200 breaststroke (2:48.62) and Luz Negron (Bronx/MAVAD) in the 50 freestyle (27.69).
- The men also started off the meet with a win the 200 medley relay. Matthew Ringer (Queensbury/Queensbury), Jared Tribo (Buffalo/Kenmore East), Kyle Siskar (E.Amherst/Williamsville North) and Ryan McHale (Lancaster/Lancaster) finished first with a time of 1:53.25.
- Ringer also tallied a first place finish and Buffalo State season best time in the 200 back, finishing in 2:19.33. The senior also recorded a first place finish in the 50 free with a time of 24.34.
- Tim Petranchuk (Cheektowaga/Cheektowaga) had another Buffalo State season best time for the Bengals, finishing the 200 freestyle with a first place time of 1:54.94. He also took first in the 500 freestyle (5:14.51).
- Siskar added two more individual first place finishes with wins in the 100 butterfly (57.73) and the 100 IM (1:02.72).
- McHale also added two more individual first place finishes. The junior topped the competition in the 100 freestyle (52.80) and the 100 breaststroke (1:09.24).
- Rounding out multiple individual first place finishes was Jake Brigham (Binghamton/Binghamton) who won in the 100 backstroke with a time of 1:07.01 and the 200 breaststroke (2:33.78).
- Also winning events were Tom DePasquale (Tonawanda/Kenmore West) in the 1000 freestyle (11:20.42) and Tyler Minnick (Latham/Shaker) in the 200 butterfly (2:22.09).
