BUFFALO, N.Y.—Buffalo State had five first-place finishes as it split a tri-meet tonight at the Flickinger Aquatic Center, with both the men and women defeated Erie Community College and falling to the University of Rochester.

MEN'S NOTABLES:
- Connor Mergler (E. Amherst/Williamsville North) was involved in three of Buffalo State's five first-place finishes. He won the 100 free with the ninth-best time in the nation entering today of 47.00 seconds, and also claimed the 200 free in 1:45.67.
- Mergler also joined Cody Wittmeyer (Hamburg/Hamburg), Alec Siskar (E. Amherst/Williamsville North) and Kyle Callan (Henrietta/Rush-Henrietta) to capture the 200 free relay in 1:28.38.
- Justin Moser (Tonawanda/Kenmore East) won the 3-meter dive with a score of 222.40.
WOMEN'S NOTABLES:
- Kelly Lindner (W. Seneca/W. Seneca West) earned a victory on the women's side in the 1-meter dive with a mark of 181.95 points.
