The Bengals take on Plattsburgh on Saturday, and Potsdam on Sunday after dispatching both opponents at home earlier this week. The History
 
Buffalo State extended its winning streak against Plattsburgh to four games with the 60-53 victory on Wednesday afternoon, and the Bengals now hold a 35-17 edge all-time over the Cardinals. The Bengals continued their dominance over Potsdam, as the 56-51 win on Tuesday was the 20^th victory for Buffalo State in the last 21 games against the Bears. Buffalo State holds a 42-8 edge all-time.
 
Eyes on the Bengals
 
-Buffalo State climbed above the .500 mark with the two victories midweek, and the Bengals now sit at 7-6 overall (4-3 SUNYAC). Tashawni Cornfield (Gowanda, NY/Putham) led Buffalo State with 32 points in the wins, including a combined 4-7 from downtown.
 
-Katie Villarini (Hamburg, NY/Hamburg) continues to lead Buffalo State and the SUNYAC in scoring, averaging 22.7 points per game. That mark is also fifth best in the country.

-Kayla Doody is the facilitator of the Cardinals' offense, dishing out 5.1 assists per game, while also pacing the defense with 2.6 steals per game.

-Potsdam sits at 8-5 overall (3-4 SUNYAC), and heading into the weekend on a three-game losing skid. The Bears fell to Fredonia 75-61 on Wednesday afternoon.  
 
-Dyamon Hunter is the Bears' leading scorer, and her 14.6 points per game are third best in the SUNYAC this season.
 
-Alyson Crosby is the leading rebounder for Potsdam, with 8.1 rebounds per game. That mark is third in the conference, and she is also fourth in the conference with 0.9 blocks per game.
