Swim And Dive Prepares For Packed Weekend

BUFFALO, NY – The Buffalo State men' and women's swimming and diving teams are ready for a busy weekend as they travel to Brockport on Friday night before returning home on Saturday to host Oswego State and Medaille. Saturday's meet will also be the team's senior night festivities.

Breaking Down The Bengals:
  • Matt Banks (Lancaster, NY/St. Joe's) leads the men's side as he currently holds the top time in eight different events.
  • Banks is currently 13th in the SUNYAC in the 100 fly with a time of 54.65
  • For the Bengal women, Hannah Heil (Medina, NY/Medina), Maggie Bilquin (Niagara Falls, NY/Niagara Falls), and Maggie Parobek (Amherst, NY/Amherst) have been the top point-getters.
  • Heil currently sits eight in the SUNYAC in the 50 free (25.04) and 10th in the 100 free (55.62).
  • Bilquin site seventh in the 100 breast (1:10.37) and sixth in the 200 breast (2:34.64).
  • Parobek has led the fly events and currently sits 12th in the 200 fly (2:26.97).

  • All-time, Brockport has a 9-6 advantage over Buffalo State.
