Acrobatics And Tumbling Set For Battle With Adrian

BUFFALO, NY – The Buffalo State acrobatics and tumbling team returns to action this afternoon as they will travel to Adrian College for a 1:00 matchup with the Bulldogs.

Breaking Down The Bengals

Buffalo State is still in search of their first program win with a record of 0-3 in their inaugural season.
Last time out, the Bengals fell to #5 Azusa Pacific with a final score of 263.525-123.350.
The Bengals saw their highest scoring heat of the competition with the Cougars in the Compulsory Toss with a score of 8.85 with two teams including Lucy Ingro (Newfane, NY/Newfane), Bri Rohrer (Cheektowaga, NY/Depew), Emma Doherty (Akron, NY/Akron), Caitlin Wilhite (Lancaster, NY/Lancaster), Carmela Capizzi (Tonawanda, NY/Kenmore East), Jackie Heyden (Grand Island, NY/Grand Island), Adrienne Gardner (Fairfield, CA/St. Patrick-St. Vincent), Codie Ryan (Owings, MD/Northern), Guinevere Brickman (Climax, NY/Greenville), and Mia Oppy (Guilderland, NY/Guilderland).
Buffalo State's best performance was in the toss events as the team scored 23.15 points while facing just 3.10 points in deductions.
Heyden, Gardner, Ryan, Brickman, and Oppy combined for the Bengals' highest scoring heat in the toss events in the 450 Salto heat with a score of 8.05.

Assessing Adrian

Adrian is also in search of their first win of the season with a record of 0-3.
Last time out, the Bulldogs fell to Trine University and Notre Dame College in a tri-match.
The Bulldogs tallied 23.55 points in the Compulsory event and 21.10 points in the Acro event.
Adrian finished off the competition scoring 40.1 total points in the Tumbling events.
