- The Bengals opened action this afternoon scoring 20.50 points in the compulsory event while Azusa Pacific scored 36.35 to jump out to an early lead.
- In the acro event, the Bengals netted 21.15 points as the five element team of Jackie Heyden (Grand Island, NY/Grand Island), Adrienne Gardner (Fairfield, CA/St. Patrick-St. Vincent), Caitlin Wilhite (Lancaster, NY/Lancaster), and Lucy Ingro (Newfane, NY/Newfane) score an event-high 7.90 points for Buffalo State.
- Buffalo State had their highest scoring event in the pyramid as they registered 23.80 points.
- The Bengals scored their most points in the inversion heat with the team of Heyden, Gardner, Wilhite, Bri Rohrer (Cheektowaga, NY/Depew), Leah Brown (Williamsville, NY/Williamsville South), Lindsay DeBoth (Amherst, NY/Amherst), Codie Ryan (Owings, MD/Northern), Guinevere Brickman (Climax, NY/Greenville), Mia Oppy (Guilderland, NY/Guilderland), and Emma Doherty (Akron, NY/Akron) scoring 8.05 points with less than a point deduction.
- Buffalo State's best performance was in the toss events as the team scored 23.15 points while facing just 3.10 points in deductions.
