BUFFALO, NY – Alexa Todd (Owen Sound, ON/Saugeen Maitland Lightning) was named the SUNYAC Women's Hockey Goalie of the Week for her respective performance last week.

Todd was stellar in goal for Buffalo State as she made 42 saves in the Bengals 2-2 tie with #5 Nazareth on Friday night. Todd made a combined 20 saves in the third period and overtime to help keep the Bengals in the action. On the year, Todd has totaled 184 saves and a .934 save percentage across eight starts.

The women's hockey team returns to action on Friday as they will host Morrisville at 3:00 pm.
