BUFFALO, NY – Jeadi Higdon (Syracuse, NY/Corcoran) of the Buffalo State football team has been named the Liberty League Rookie of the Week for his respective performance this past weekend. Higdon earns the honor for the second time this season.

Higdon had a strong showing for the Bengals in the effort against St. Lawrence on Saturday. Higdon totaled over 200 all-purpose yards with three touchdowns. His day included a rushing touchdown, and 80-yard kickoff return, and a 64-yard passing touchdown for the Bengals. On the year, Higdon has four rushing touchdowns and sits second in the Liberty League averaging 26.1 yards on kick returns.
