Buffalo State University Athletics

1982-1985 

- The transfer student from Niagara University played 3 years of varsity soccer at Buffalo State College, leading his team to a combined 41-9-3 record and 3 NCAA tournament appearances as a goal keeper. 

- He was named the All-American team in both 1982 and 1984. 

- Gatto received All-SUNYAC and All New York State honors all 3 years. 

- He set team records for most season shutouts (9) and most consecutive shutouts (7). 

- Anthony Gatto finished his collegiate career with a 0.95 goals-against average with 15 shutouts after allowing only 39 goals in 41 games.
