1959-1967 

-Paul Bulger was President of Buffalo State for nine years.
 
-He was responsible for hiring the coaching staff that brought national recognition to State athletics during the 60’s.
 
-The Paul G. Bulger Lifelong Learning Center was named after him at Buffalo State in 1983.
