-Hube Coyer coached the basketball from 1932-1942 and again from 1946-1952 with a combined overall record of 133-94.
 
-He was responsible for adding varsity teams in soccer, swimming, and golf in 1934.
 
Hube Coyer was the Director of Athletics from 1932-1952.
 
-He was called the “Father of Sports” at Buffalo State by his students.
