1981-1986 

-John Augustine started every game of Buffalo State football at strong safety during his career.
 
-He excelled in special teams play as a punt and kickoff return man and coverage man.
 
-During his time at Buffalo State, John set a school record 16 career interceptions.
 
-He was named captain every year at BSC and was named the team’s best defensive back.
