Buffalo State University Athletics

1966-1970 

-Thomas played four years of varsity baseball as an outfielder batting .300 during his time at Buffalo State College.
 
-He played four years of varsity basketball as a guard averaging 11.4ppg.
 
-Thomas also led the 1969-1970 team to the NCAA semi-finals and a 4th place finish in the nation.
 
-Borschel was also All SUNYAC and twice All East in basketball.
