- She started every game in her sophomore, junior, and senior seasons at the guard position and led her team to three SUNYAC Championships during her four year career. 

- Co-captain for the 1989 and 1990 seasons. 

- She was selected to the All-Tournament team in the 1988 and 1989 Betty Abgott Memorial Tournament. 

- Received the MVP Bengal Club Gerald Fried Award for the 1988-1989 season. 

- She was also selected to the ECAC Division III Upstate New York All-Star 2nd team in 1989 and 1990. 

- Led in her junior year with an average 13.3ppg, while shooting 83% from the free-throw line. 

- Ross received the prestigious Ruth Houston Award for Most Outstanding Athletic Career (1986-1990). 

- Finished her career as highest scorer on the women’s basketball team with 1,388 points.
